How to exercise your rights
To make a request, email the data controller at yordan.georgiev@csitea.net.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the statutory time limit.
A self-service data export and deletion tool is planned but not yet available; requests are handled by email in the meantime.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutettu).
