In the beginning we were excited and curiously tried everything new – some things we liked, others not so much.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>At some point we began to miss the flavours of our childhood, the very ones that belonged to Bulgaria. We searched and we tasted, but in the end we realised that the real flavour simply wasn't to be found here. So we decided to make it ourselves.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Yoghurt was the easiest – although it took six failed attempts before we learned. Lyutenitsa was harder: it needed exactly the right tomatoes and dozens of hours of work. Dried meat, on the other hand, worked out on the second try (my husband is the best at that).\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Along the way we realised that what we were longing for was precisely authentic, handmade Bulgarian products – the ones where the maker's heart is part of the ingredients.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>And that is exactly where our wish was born: we want everyone to be able to order their favourite products from Bulgaria, to their own taste – without anyone having to fetch them for you.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>We hope that through us you will find the flavour you have been missing.
